Women's Healing Circle: tap into your soul's melody to light your way out of darkness

Have you ever had one of those moments where you realize: “I have no idea how I got here, but I NEED off this runaway train/roller coaster/death spiral…NOW!”? But you are so “stuck” you don’t know where to begin?

Whether you are stuck in:

  • grief and loss - death, loss of a friendship, marital differences, empty nest-er, job change, etc.

  • post-covid-era fears about the state of this country/world/planet

  • chronic disease - mold poisoning, auto-immune, CIRS, PTSD, etc.

  • or experiencing a high stress job, relationship, life change, etc.

Please know - you are not alone! But also know, you can change your situation. While I may not be able to actually alter reality and restore a friendship or heal your physical body, I can help you change the way you think about it. And, I know from experience, how we perceive our lot in life is more than half the battle for most of our issues.

Which is why I invite you to join me for Candelaria - 6 weeks of:

  • reflection & journaling

  • creative exploration

  • meditations, affirmations & mantras

  • connection & community

  • and support

During our time together, we will celebrate our wins and brainstorm new possibilities in the face of challenges. Each session will be a mix of: connection and support, educational content, and guided meditations. The remainder of the week, you will focus your personal Candelaria mission of the week which will be a creative endeavor you have intuitively selected/designed to support you in tapping into your soul's melody to light your way out of darkness.

This women’s healing circle is open to 11 women and it will be our time to connect with our highest self, spirit team, and source...as well as each other.

We will meet weekly on Mondays at 12noon (MST) from 11/6-12/18 (skipping Thanksgiving week).

All sessions are available to women worldwide and will happen virtually (platform TBD). Sessions will be recorded for you to revisit or get caught up.
